Parking & neighborhood access

Parking and vehicle information

Guest parking is limited to the two marked areas below. Roads, shoulders, and all other unmarked areas must remain clear at all times.

Where you may park

The Trail Magic Chalet driveway accommodates 2 large or 3 small vehicles.

Primary parking: the Trail Magic Chalet driveway shown in green.
Overflow parking: the marked lot outside the neighborhood gate.

Road and gate access

The neighborhood is gated, and most roads are gravel. Property management provides the gate code with check-in information. Drive slowly, yield to neighborhood traffic, and avoid spinning your wheels.

Green markers show the only guest parking areas. Red markers identify prohibited areas; the no parking rule also applies to every road, shoulder, and unmarked driveway.

Never park in these areas

Any road or shoulder. Keep the full roadway and both shoulders clear for emergency, maintenance, and snow-removal vehicles.
The dumpster and gravel-pile area inside the gate. It may look like a parking lot, but maintenance vehicles need the entire area to operate.
Beaver Ridge condominiums. Their parking lot is not available for parking to us.
Any other driveway. Do not use another home's driveway, even when the home appears unoccupied.
